Puretec provides high purity water systems for the microelectronics industry that meet the most demanding production requirements. Our systems are designed to allow our customers to maintain a reliable flow of Low TOC water at 18.2 Megohm-cm2 with colloidal, organic and ionic impurities reduced to the low parts per trillion (ppt) range.

Some uses of ultra-pure water include washing and rinsing semiconductor components during manufacture, cleaning and etching operations, and making steam for oxidation of silicon surfaces.

Using reverse osmosis, ion exchange polishers, UV Irradiation, and point of use filters, Puretec has achieved a level of quality and reliability unmatched in the industry.
